Casa De La Cobija Mural Celebration

As a part of the 49507 Project made possible by the Diatribe, an organization dedicated to empowering young people to share their stories, raise awareness of social issues, and create change within their communities. They employed the artistic talent of local artist Picardo for a mural on the south facing wall of Casa De La Cobija.

WHEN: Friday, October 29, 2021 · 5:00-7:00 PM

WHERE: The Salvation Army Kroc Center · 2500 South Division Ave., Grand Rapids · East Parking Lot

HOW MUCH: Free for members and non-members!

Join us for our annual Halloween “trunk or treat” event. Come dressed in your favorite costume, and visit local organizations and businesses in the Kroc Center parking lot to collect candy and other goodies. This safe and fun event is appropriate for the whole family. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Due to high local COVID-19 rates, face coverings and social distancing between groups will be recommended.
